JAPANESE CHEESECAKE
What is a Japanese Cheesecake? Well it is when you mix the fluffiness of a sponge cake with the creaminess of a cheesecake. Trust me I am delicious and once you take a bite out of me, your eyes will close and you'll be swept away to a blissful delicious oasis. I am filled with fresh mango slices and topped with a light cream cheese whipped cream and sprinkled with roasted walnuts.
